Doug

Father of the company and father to four, Doug moved to shoreline Connecticut from New Hampshire in 1971. With the help of two of his sons, he founded DSR & Sons LLC in 1995 to serve the community and help homeowners with the conditions of their homes. Doug is now inactive from the physical labor of the company due to macular degeneration blindness, however, despite his disability, he helps the company where he can.

Gordon

The eldest of four, Gordon graduated The Morgan School (Clinton, CT) in 1981. He joined the United States Marine Corps and served 6 years. Gordon has over 30 years of experience in the field and has been working with the company since 1995. 

 

Stuart

After graduating The Morgan School (Clinton, CT) in 1983, Stuart joined the military and served in the United States Marine Corps for 22 years and seven tours abroad. He has over 20 years of experience in the field and has been working for the family business since 1995.
